Good food, BUT ...Seems there are changes I used to be able to order direct on their web site, no service charge no delivery fee over £10 and 10% to 15% discount.Now the food is to the same standard as before but there is a delivery fee , minimum purchase for delivery and a service charge , with 10% discount , ordered on weekend and changed again still delivery fee but now have to spend £20 to get discount.I will shop around just eat as they are no longer the best value in town and living alone you notice the differance in the pricing, delivery and no discounts etc from the previous owners.There is no advantage to ordering direct than on just eat yet they have to pay just eat a feee.Dont think they will last long at these prices but good luck anyway

Ordered food from Bombay Mix using their online service. Was very impressed with how easy the website was to use. Delivery was very disappointing. The order was accepted and gave a delivery time of 17.46. 6pm came and no order after phoning the takeaway I was told my order had gone out 2 mins earlier. I finally received the order 20 mins later and food was piping hot so I would assume they forgot about our order and rushed it through. Despite delivery issues food was lovely. Will give the online ordering another try at some point to see if it was a one-off.

Absolutely disgusted! Was over charged and if you order the samosas don't. You pay £2 for 2 tiny, greasy samosas! When I called up to say I've been over charged about about the samosas the person was very rude to me, was VERY reluctant to admit I'd been over charged and to give me the money back which I'm currently waiting for from the driver to come and give me my money (I paid by card but getting the money back in cash, if I get the money back) been told it'll be an hour for my refund! So the actual food I got to eat was greasy, bland and had raw garlic in, was slightly warm and next to no meat not going to come back again!

Just a quick post to say i ordered for my dad and driver wouldn't bring it to him and he is disabled plus he still refused to bring it up even knowing customer couldn't come

Not my preferred indian but it is local and food was good. Ordered a pilau rice, chicken tikka madras and a garlic and cheese nann bread. Food arrived on time when ordering through just eat. Not happy about the 2.95 charge from just eat though. This has nothing to do with Bombay mix. Delivery guys are always friendly and professional.

Placed a phone order for 2 people and they wanted nearly £35. We thought it was extortionate so told them we didn't want it delivered.Ordered a kebab from elsewhere and it arrived. About 2 minutes later there was a knock on the door. We assumed the driver had forgotten to give us something. I opened the door and the guy from Bombay Mix had decided to bring our cancelled order anyway!We told him we cancelled it and had ordered something else. He then offered it to us for £20! If he had quoted that much in the first place we would have ordered it.We refused saying we had already got food in, but if he wanted to give it to us rather than throwing it in the bin we would take it. He refused.He then did what can only he described as amateur dramatics saying that his boss would be very upset if he took it back.He must have forgotten who I was because I happen to know that this guy WAS the owner.Haven't ordered from them since

Love Bombay mix, tikka rolls are to die for as is the chicken tikka. I would suggest collecting though when possible as when I have had delivery it’s always late as they get very busy. I always preorder and collect, other than that you can’t go wrong!
