Fun but loud! Food fairly good value. We went on Saturday afternoon so it was probably as busy as it gets so getting a table was a bit tricky. The food came quickly, the kids had fun.

It’s nice soft play area with very good maintenance and separate sections for each age group. Dedicated toddler section , football section couple of bouncy castles. Lots of sitting space for parents everywhere . Party space with food. Various food and drink options available. Online booking available. Each session is 2 hours. Lots of parking available as well. Overall a good place to visit.

Way over capacity. No wrist bands. No one leaves at the end of their session time. Staff so do not monitor. Parents do not supervise. Over 4s in the toddler area. Older kids running riot, knocking over the little ones. Absolute chaos.On top of that it’s filthy and dusty inside the soft play, music too loud, staff announcements not clear. Parking terrible and not enough spaces based on the exceeded capacity. Do not recommend.

What an amazing place. The biggest indoor play area that I have visited. Our grandson (2yrs 8mnths) absolutely loved the range of equipment that he could play on. He loved the bouncy castles, the super fast slide and chasing his grandad on the football pitch to score a goal. Although it was fairly busy there was a great range of things for all the children to access.

The baby / toddler area has recently been overhauled and looks much better than before. The rest of Jump could do with a makeover as it's looking run down.

Kids love it here, my only feedback is that in some areas of the soft play its quite dark and scary for some kids. I understand why they probably don't want electricity running through the soft play area, but the whole place could ise some better lighting, particularly the right side of the building.

Love what you've done to the baby/toddler area definitely makes visiting worth it. Cafe is reasonably priced for whats served. However I've deducted a star because the staff yesterday Thursday 14th @ the 12:30 session need training. As a paying customer who wasn't allowed in at my set time, who is entitled to my 2hr session the frequent intercom announcements aren't necessary when your getting your shoes and belongings together this started at 2:20pm and then continued every few minutes. I then overheared its because they want their breaks. As a nursery manager you can't rush because you want your break when the customer has paid for a service. I will not be polite the next time. Customer service skills need some upgrading.

We’ve had a lovely birthday party today! Great host (Devon) was so kind, very helpful, dedicated and he contributed to feel as the best party ever! Thank you Jump and the team!

Had my sons 8th Birthday party at Jump today. This was a great success. Well organised and fun for all.Great host (Emma) present throughout and helpful. The party hosts finished the party on a high by a great game of floor is lava!
