WS Dennison

I ordered a small table from Marks and Spencer and whilst it took a while to get delivery sorted with Marks and Spencer it was all very smooth. The delivery date was agreed with Marks and the day before delivery i got a call from W S Dennison to confirm the time. Due to an issue with work it meant there was no one in to take delivery - i called the company the morning of the delivery to ask to deliver to a neighbour - the fella was lovely and said it was no problem at all. The delivery man called to confirm and again he was lovely. I have a feeling that i get them the wrong house number, but they called me and there was no hassle at all and they delivered it my neighbour for me. Really lovely people to deal with and very happy with the service.

I had a delivery from these guys today. It was a JYSK order. I have to say my experience with this company was excellent. They rang me to arrange delivery. The day of delivery they called me again to say they would be with me within the next half an hour. 7 days from when JYSK emailed me to say my item was ready for shipping, I have my order. The delivery guys were extremely pleasant and helpful. Tip: For anyone expecting a JYSK delivery WS Dennison phone number comes up on the mobiles as UK number. I didn't answer at 1st. I googled the number and rang them back.

Absolute disaster of a company who have my item I ordered from JYSK for the past two weeks. I was told over a week ago when I queried the delay that I would be contacted that day to arrange delivery but they have failed to do so. They won't respond to my emails, won't answer their phone and they wont respond to my voicemails. When I contacted them on Facebook they were noting but smug and insulting. Trust me avoid this company like the plague

Do not buy from JYSK.. They are bad enough but the delivery from Dennison is just as bad. They have my product and will not give me a date for delivery even though my delivery date has well expired. Both or these companies are terrible so avoid at all costs.

Quality guys

Had our M&S couch for weeks because they would only schedule delivery on their terms. I phoned to reschedule a date but despite this they turned up when we were out. I phoned to rearrange again after our holiday and they've sent the couch back to M&S. Utterly useless company.
