Its was the most beautiful and peaceful place for work. Looking forward to work more often over there.

Would give five but the first girl who helped me long black hair and laminated eyebrows didn’t get her name offered to help tried to find my shade then when they didn’t have and I said no Thankyou to the online she walked away. I was still looking and was gonna get concealer or tinted moisturiser instead but again there wasn’t my shade. The same girl did not help me instead a blonde older woman did after I went over to the other counter to ask.She was lovely! Tested a few foundations of other brands to help me find the one that matches and then she wrote the names down so I could order online if I wanted to later because again no colour that was my shade was in the store.. She didn’t walk away from me. Thankyou x I’m very pale for anybody who wonders. Maybe better off with drugstore.

Having shopped online for a while I really needed a certain product immediately. I spoke to all staff members and I really felt like a vip. I visited the store straight from work so had the 'dragged through a hedge' look going on. At no point did I feel judged and I felt like I got the full attention of every staff member. As a business owner myself I would be so proud if they were part of my team. Bravo Glasgow!! I'll be back (although not in a Schwarzenegger sense).

Absolutely fabulous experience. All three of the staff were so friendly and made me feel so welcome and comfortable in the store. As a boy it can be intimidating and in the past have not gotten help, or gotten a judgmental look because of just that (they assume I won’t be buying makeup, when in fact that’s where all my money goes haha!). Felt no negativity in the shop and the staff were very helpful. I usually go online for spacenk but will definitely be coming back. The three on shift today were super! I seen a negative review which I would honestly disregard as one of them having an off day (it happens to us all). They helped every single person in the store and all seemed to have great interactions with them all. They were not pushy like some stores. They were Polite, welcoming and personable! Gets a big 5 stars from me.

so disappointed that 2 sample gifts were missed fm online shopping. they were definitely there when checked out. this is not the value but the trust.....

I also had a very positive experience at this store today. I met Jade for the first time and she was very professional but friendly at the same time. She was also very knowledgeable about all the products we discussed. Again, as other reviewers have pointed out, the customer is not pushed to buy anything that is not really required. Jade is about to go on maternity leave and I wish her all the very best for the future. Hopefully she will be back!

Sophie was so incredibly helpful in helping me pick out my perfect wedding day lip gloss! She was super friendly, and had great suggestions and knowledge of the products. I was really unsure of what I wanted when I came in and she immediately suggested a product (that ended up being what I bought), but also walked around with me to make sure we explored all the options. Will definitely come back to shop here for makeup and skincare in the future. :)

Why every time I come here, I have to cue???????Who are you to keep me at the door waiting????I find it insulting, and if more people would understand how insulting this is, you would find a way to stop this drama.I'm spending my money and my time.NEVER stai in the line like this if you respect yourself.

Brilliant sales service. TERRIBLE after sales service. I have shopped here for years & love the experience but never had occasion to require after sales service. Then when I had to ask for help (over the 28 days!!!) was given very poor advice & no assistance at all in store. I subsequently contacted the manufacturer of the product in question & they could not have been more helpful in sending a replacement. I expected so much better from SpaceNK. I have always been happy to shop there but not anymore.
