Brilliant service, called to check stock, and was told I could have a cheaper price than listed. Went there and purchased at that price, even though I spoke to someone else and fitted, all in about 5 minutes. Very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back. Thank you!

It is always worth doing click and collect as the pricing varies massively between online and in store.The Perth branch does exactly what it says on the tin, remember that it is a parts warehouse so don't expect to go in and browse. There is very little on show in the customer area

Unbelievable bad service! My husband gave my make & model and reg number to get pads & plates for my car, husband in good faith and trust opened pack and threw away packaging, turned out they gave us wrong discs which would have made it extremely dangerous for me to drive my car . Europarts Perth won't take then back as not resalable" as not in packaging. How is that our problem when they sold us the wrong parts

Very expensive, I think they are using the fact that they were able to accommodate there and then. Staff were okay although it was a short and sweet interaction

Very happy with the service received from John today 21/11/17. We had a breakdown close by and I felt John did his upmost to ensure we had the correct parts ASAP.
