Great place for a time-out and relaxation.However, the place could do with a good spring clean. As you do, you would be looking at the place and start to notice things.Overhead, there are thick cob webs hanging off the light fittings. Floor mop stains along the skirting board level and dust where they have rushed the cleaning.It is not good for the owner to see what his employees are missing.

New furniture is not very comfortable, new ordering service is not age friendly. I saw plenty of people of an older age trying the new system and the walking away from the screen either out of the store or to the tills to order the old-fashioned way. The signage is not very clear. Above the new self-service, it says ORDER, so people think they have to order at the screens. It needs a bit more thought.

Very helpful staff they brought my food and drinks over as I was on crutches, be great if you did gluten free sandwiches, and vegan food then you definitely get 5 stars

This Costa needs to be shut down because me and my family went there to have something to eat and drink but you can't sit in the store because there toilets are broke" you wasn't even allowed to sit outside the store. Then you have the rudeness of the staff

As lovely as the Costa is, the service is soooo slow, I have been here several times and it does not change, even when empty you could be waiting 20 minutes. Leadership efficiency is needed to make this Costa work for its customers. My patience is wearing thin I’m afraid.

I find the Costa food offering okay, so three stars. This is a very busy Costa which can mean a fairly long wait to be served. It also makes it a noisy atmosphere at busy times, also reflected with three stars. But the baristas are fabulous. Darryl made my flat white which was pretty much perfect. In fact, I had to have a second. I'm not local so it may be a while until I enjoy a flat white that good again.
