My son loves it but the toilets were disgusting. Toilet roll in just 1 of the three toilets, 1 toilet seat on the floor & just generally grimy & dirty. Never had food there so I can't comment on that.

I had a 10 year old birthday party here. We got there and they were not prepared for us, we stood at reception for 10 minutes before they started to take our order for drinks and give us socks.The party table was just a plain table no decorations of any sort in the corner of the main room. We were sat there for 20 min before we had to ask for juice to be brought out and then they brought some balloons out too.After the play the kids sat down for food. The food was chips, pizza, chicken strips and hot dogs and it was ok quality but probably just not enough of it.When the cake was brought out they turned the lights out but then took the cake away before the lights came back on so no one saw the cake.The play area was amazing and would really recommend but would not recommend the place for a party.

Great place for a children's party. We recently had a party and from start to finish it was brilliant and the kids loved it. Gareth looked after all the kids and adults and couldn't do enough for us. So helpful and polite. We also received lots of great comments about him from parents at the party.Thanks again!

My little one loves it here! Loads of trampolines and bouncy fun to burn energy, huge brand new play area, good cafe area with lots of choice.

Great place to bring kids to run off some energy. Been a few times and kids love it, and really like the new addition of the new soft play

Amazing facilities but absolutely filthy. There’s choking hazards everywhere in the 3 & under section in the cafe because it’s just full of food and old dried pieces of biscuits. My kid puts anything and everything in his mouth as he is SEN so I didn’t feel comfortable to let him play independently. The main hall also looked like it hadn’t been cleaned with fruitshoot lids everywhere (take them off when you sell them!). Really sad as the place is great and the staff were nice! Just needs to be maintained better and a really deep clean (especially under the slide in the cafe).

Been coming here for years but sadly at the moment there are several leaks in the roof.This spoilt my son’s enjoyment as his socks/feet kept getting wet and obviously it made the trampolines more dangerous too. I reported it (all staff are lovely as usual) but was told this had already been done several times but the landlords seemed in no hurry to rectify it. Seems odd if they are investing in another new part of it.Toilets were very dirty in both male and female toilets.Please sort the basics out. Customers want roofs without leaks, safe places to play and clean toilets before they want new stuff adding on.

What an amazing place!!! Something for everyone. Great food too .

I was very excited to go. Went as a family group of 4. As soon as I walked in at booking in the assistant at counter was extremely rude. I asked a simple question regarding parking and the response was not helpful and was rude. This had already put the place in a bad light. To be honest rest of the experience was rubbish aswell. Staff are all youngsters, not very friendly or helpful. would not recommend or go again. When asked for the management did not even come out., very unprofessional

Had my sons 5th birthday party at Airtime today and I can’t recommend it enough. The lady who was the party host was absolutely brilliant, unfortunately I forgot her name! She did everything she possibly could to make the party perfect and went above and beyond!Thank you!
