Rupert Oliver sold our house in Redland and were excellent - strongly recommend. Rupert gave great initial advice around marketing and pricing in what is/was a tricky market. The marketing material and photographs were tailored to the house and they understood how to sell micro-location. Sales progression was fine (we buy and sell property so don't need hand-holding and there is only so much an agent can do to speed up the process). The small team (Rupert, William, Francesca) communicated well and we didn't get the impression they were too stretched even over the summer holiday period (my initial worry when instructing them). Overall a great experience and we felt that they got us the best result possible in the market.
