Philip the manager was an excellent person to do business with and my shop experience was fantastic.Out off the three sofa shops ncf was the best.

Phil at Bristol was great, very attentive, approached us and talked us through the process of buying a sofa really well. Great customer service.

I ordered a corner sofa along with coffee table in month of July. At the time of order , there was a cream colour sofa which was in stock but I opted for a grey colour for which i was asked to wait for 3 months. I waited for 3 months and was surprised to see them deliver cream colour sofa and they did not deliver coffee table. They took the sofa back and promised me to deliver grey colour sofa along with coffee table. After 2 days ,they came again only with sofa (no coffee table). They were in hurry to assemble and just told me that some one from customer care would contact. They assemble in such a unprofessional way that two legs of sofa chair are hanging in air. They have a support number which simply asks us to write a email for which i never saw a response. I had a very terrible experience ,infarct still having. I went to Bristol shop and the person simply told me that he cant help me out as he has already sold the item. Person who sold does not care as he has already got money and we cant reach out customer service. I don't know what will be the quality of product. I am having very little hope on that aspect .

Went in to try a mattress, the staff were friendly but didn't 'pounce' as we had experienced in other shops. Once we'd tried a few beds, Stuart popped over and was really helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Sorted everything out really quickly, and put a smile on our faces

We visited NCF in Bristol and was very impressed with Tatianas customer service. She was very knowledgeable and patient whilst we were looking around the store.

Tatiana in Bristol was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond to look after us. She was very pleasant and friendly.

This store has a good range of mattresses to try, all high quality for good prices compared to similar ones in the area. Happy with the mattress we got (aside from permanent creasing from shipping).However, I didnt appreciate the insistence and pressure to write a review in the middle of purchasing the mattress. Other than this, overall experience was good.

Avoid at all cost !!+ the worst customer service.We bought a sofa end of April which we are in love with and the guy who sold it to us was so lovely.On the day of the sofa arriving I did check the sofa and the material as well as cushions that it was all good.But last week our dauther little hamster has runned off under the sofa so we had to move the furniture to see where it is and to our shock we notice the our sofa is missing one of the back legs ... we have called multiple times waiting over multiple hours each for someone to pick up and still nothing, then send multiple emails and after that we recived email saying that we should of let the company know withing first 5 days of getting the sofa which Ok I understand but at that time I was home alone with little child the guys who brought the sofa knew about this 100% and they never said anything and placed my sofa down next to furniture where i couldt see the problem. And now they don't want to sort this problem out for me were im still paying for the sofa !!! This is so unprofessional and very unpleasant experience for me !!! So I do not recommend this company and would avoid at all cost !!!

Tatiana (Bristol) was really helpful when buying a bed. Honest approach and is not a pushy sales person like some can be.Until our item arrives I cannot give 5 stars.

phil and mark are the best. so polite much better than oak furniture land if your are looking for cheep but comfy beds.
