This store has people trained to do waxing and threading so you can pay at the till and then go to the back of the store and get your eyebrows shaped or whatever. The team were also very well informed about the make up products that they sell and more to the point they were very helpful.

Popped in to purchase a lot of different perfumes for Christmas presents. And the lady who served me called Karen was very helpful and so polite. It was a pleasure to shop in there. The store was busy but she made time to help me and didn’t rush me. Very lovely lady, store was clean and tidy to

I visited Superdrug today as I needed some hair mousse to do my braids for my best friends wedding later this month. I had no idea what I was looking for or where to start looking, the nearest staff member to me was called Angela, who I asked for help.Angela was amazing! She asked all the right questions eg if I needed it for curly hair or straight hair? Angela even taught me about the different numbers and how they refer to the strength of the hair mousse. She is extremely knowledgeable and she did a fantastic job helping me out with my query!Thank you Angela! You definitely have my vote for employee of the month!

The one star given is not in connection with the products sold in this chain store, which I have used since the late 1970s, but the rather humiliating and patronising treatment I feel I was given by the manageress at the Vancouver Quarter store whilst on a short holiday in King's Lynn a few days ago. After purchase of a Scholl shoe spray, I noticed that the use by date was only a month away. When I returned to the shop for an exchange or preferably refund, I discovered that the other Scholl sprays had a use by date of January 2024. I brought this to the manageress' attention but she curtly, dismissively and I felt sarcastically advised, that no refund was possible and words to the effect that I still had ..up to the end of January to use it..". Checked on a local Superdrug branch in Epsom and these sprays sold there had at least a few months use by time left. So why does it appear that the KL store is selling some products with very limited shelf life - shouldn't there have been in a clearance section? I rarely complain about poor retail service but this individual's attitude was quite shocking and did disservice to the store's brand."

Paid 2.47 for paracetamol only to find they were 39p in other shops

I don't use much Superdrug! But found a great promotion online for a perfume. That was a promotion online only. Initially there was an error on the app, so I went to the shop. The staff allowed me to smell the perfumes I wanted but end up buying online as the promotion was only available online. Arrived very quick and safe.

Good sized Superdrug. Lots of choice for make up brands and other beauty products. Bit hit and miss with staff - sometimes there's loads about to help others times their not there when you need them. Fairly pricey but still cheaper than boots
