I was advised by a friend to choose Arkwright as my estate agent. I was selling a house. Whilst the process was frustrating at times, the support from Arkwright (especially Grace) was tremendous. Grace kept me updated throughout the whole process and she never seemed to tire of chasing up solicitors and/or paperwork. I am very grateful for all the work they did.

We recently bought our new house through Arkwright & Co. Grace looked after us. I found her to be incredibly helpful, she was on the ball, chased our solicitor (who was less than incredibly helpful) and did her best to keep things moving! Grace checked in on us and our position on a regular basis, but always respectfully. We had a very tricky experience moving, and of all the parties involved Arkwright (Grace specifically) were the most professional, courteous and supportive. I am very grateful for their part in getting us over the line and into our new home before Xmas!

Can’t rate them highly enough! The team were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Every person we dealt with went above and beyond to negotiate us through a difficult market and secure us our dream house. They were really proactive and you felt like you really mattered as a client - I’d recommend them over larger estate agents that I’ve used in the past.

We selected Arkwright's as they are a local family run business and we were very impressed from the start with Tom's local knowledge, and his informed easy going manner.We had also seen a lot of Arkwright boards around the local Saffron Walden area, which we thought was a good sign and we have not been disappointed.We have been really impressed by everyone within the team at Arkwright's throughout our sale, especially Grace the sales progressor who has been excellent at keeping us in touch and chasing up every detail throughout the sale.We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Arkwright's services .
