City Pest Control

I have used Simon on a few occasions over several years, and have just required his services due to a flea infestation. I have always found him to be punctual, reliable and honest. He always offers free advice and gives me confidence in his skills and ability to resolve my issues. I am happy to recommend City Pest Control and will continue to use them.

I would like to thank Simon and his team for the quick professional response. As a single woman, when I first heard scratching I totally freaked out! Simon was calming and reassuring. He came out quickly and deal with the issue, even popping back later to find out how things had been doing. I would 100% recommend Simon and his team for any needs of pest control!

After I had a surprise bedroom rat visit @ 3am Tues 26th Jan 2021, upon calling Simon - for the first time in terms of dealing with him - he fitted me into his schedule to come around to help later on the same day, overnight treatment saw the rat get caught and Simon quickly came back around the following morning to complete the job. Good advice given on how the rat may have got in which I have since addressed. As a customer I was 100% satisfied with Simon and his team's professionalism and time-keeping and can't thank them enough for so quickly helping eradicate the issue, particularly right now during the latest Covid-19 lockdown where I am working from home with my lounge/office adjacent to the bedroom where the rat was caught. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending City Pest Control; Simon and his team to anyone seeking their services - thanks again guys!

I posted a negative review here a couple of years ago and was harassed by Simon. The review itself was fair and just stated what had happened without any nastiness towards Simon himself.He then repeatedly rang me shouting down the phone with threats of him coming to the property to talk"

They did a great job at my flat, in preventing birds resting in close proximity to my flat.They were very professional and did the job in a short period of time. They left the area nice and clean and they did a great job.

I knew Simon for a few years and absolutely happy with his services. Always a positive led with a smile, highly professional, answer the telephone even in weekend. Reliable, interested in results of treatment. Great service, sorted our rats in the loft. I have no problem recommending Simon.

Would highly recommend Simon and Derek - they eradicated the nightmare squirrel problem for me completely within a couple of weeks.I was extremely distressed and anxious with the invasion of squirrels to my loft space , but they acted very swiftly to overcome the problem . Derek even came out at 9pm on a Sunday evening. The charges were extremely reasonable as they came out several times and Derek also did an excellent job sealing the holes . They were always polite and never irritated by my calls of ‘help ‘I might add that I called a National pest company before this, who charged an exorbitant ‘ rip off ‘ amount of £300 for coming out next day and installing a trap ( asking for the payment up front ). . The trap was useless and they didn’t even set it properly . I’ve not even had a follow up a call.Simon of City Pest Control was very fair with his pricing and did not ask for any money up front.Well done and many thanks City Pest Control. . I’m so grateful to you.

I have no hesitation in recommending Simon.I found Simon to be extremely helpful and polite and he did a first class job in installing wire mesh round my Solar panels to stop the pigeons from nesting beneath them.He came round within 48 hours of me initially contacting him for a quote, we discussed the job at length and talked through several options before agreeing on the approach, he gave me a verbal quote at the end of the discussion and followed up with an email confirming the quote in a matter of hours.The job did get delayed a couple of times, but that was due to the weather, quite rightly he was not going to go on a roof when the wind was gusting 30 mph !! And I commend him for thinking carefully about the Safety aspect for him and his colleagues.The job was completed last week and I am 100% satisfied with the work and how it was carried out.Simon again took the time to review the finished work with me before invoicing me for payment.As stated above, I have no hesitation in recommending Simon.

Appalling service from Simon who was appointed by my managing agent to rectify an infestation in my property. He couldn't identify the insect and had to resort to the Internet. He moaned when he had to get his own ladder to inspect the attic area where a large number of flies were coming from. He moaned about the parking outside and said he felt like not doing the job. I've never met such an unprofessional person who was completely unwilling to just get on with finding the source of the problem and eliminate this infestation. His behaviour was shocking and I had no faith that he could do the job properly. After being spoken to like this, I sent him away. I have since contacted Rentokil who have proved to be competent and professional. Stay clear of Simon!!

Brilliant, super friendly service, reasonably priced. I had some carpet moth issues and Simon quickly sorted it for me. Highly recommended!
