Shire Fuels first came out with a delivery from Boiler Juice, Dave won me over with his customer service and I've gone directly through him ever since.When we've been caught ahort on oil he was out next day and didn't charge the express delivery charge on that occasion. Can't fault him and have recommended him to others since.

I always used Directoil up to now, but they failed to deliver on the due date and gave no response to emails or even calls to Watson fuels (their parent company). I would have run out by the New Year but Shire fuels (Dave) promised to deliver within a few days and that's just what they did. It's a few more pence per litre, but the certainty and reliability is worth far more than that and they'll be getting all my business in future. Great service and a good friendly local company.

This is the hero we needed! If you thought that their prices were amazing (you can't ever find cheaper) then you're going to love the customer service.Twice we have been caught out by a fuel level sensor being wrong, both times Shire Fuels had oil to us before we ran dry.

Used these guys after being badly let down by boilerjuice, ordered got a delivery two days later,Can't fault them talk to dave and your stress will disappear,
