Jez is the most helpful plumbing and heating engineer I have metI have been using his services for over 20 years on various properties and have always found him to be friendly, honest, diligent and quick to respond. I would highly recommend him.

I am amazed at all the other 5 star reviews - lucky people! Trying to get a response in order to book a boiler service was painful. Jez didn't respond to email or text message and only after we left a voice message did he reply - after few days! Then the person who arrived (who was very polite - hence the 1 star) was late on both occasions and the service was overpriced just to top things off. We will definitely be using another company to service our boiler in future - We are very disappointed with the service we have received.

Jez and his team have sorted out plumbing issues in the 3 houses we have lived in around the Tring area, and have been doing the annual services of our heating system for over 15 years. We always recommend him and his team to anyone who asks if we know a good plumber.

Woke up to a boiler that wouldn’t fire. Jez was away but the team promised to see if one of the team could fit me in. Within 15 mins Nathan called back to organise a time to squeeze me. Was with me with 2 hours and fixed the problem. Great service and value for money (especially as British Gas were going to charge me over £300). Highly recommend and will use again.

Fixed a gas leak. They were fully booked for 3 days, due to having no gas or hot water they squeezed us in and fixed the issued in under an hour. And GENUINELY within 90mins of me calling they had been and gone.Brilliant service.Will be saving their number for future use.

We live in Little Gaddesden and have used Jez for some time now. He's highly regarded in the neighbourhood and with good reason. Reliable, professional and courteous. We wouldn't have anyone else touch our plumbing.

I left a message and was immediately called back and put in touch with Jez. We discussed the problem and Jez juggled a few things to enable one of his colleagues to attend to deal with our emergency. Gary arrived and was able to offer invaluable advice and deal with one of the major issues. Further investigation revealed a bigger problem that involved having to contact Thames Water. Following on from this Jez has agreed to assist further with some more repair work. This is my first experience with this company and I am very impressed with the level of communication and professional service. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to others.
