No mention that you can't wait there while your windscreen is being fixed , so you're stuck miles from home.It would have been nice if they'd told me before the appointment so I could have made arrangements for a lift home instead I had to wait 3 hours in the freezing cold while it was done.Can't fault the work done just the lack of customer care.

got a stone hit my screen .so via the insurance company they made an appointment for last Monday.i was told that i would receive a text early in the morning to let me know what time they would be coming.alas by 10 00 no text so i rang the depot no answermy call got answered by a call centre.the very nice guy said oops we don't have a appointment bookedi will ring you back.he didn't he just sent an automated message with a new appointment.so i had to call againby now I'm annoyedive taken the day off for this.this time i spoke to the branch and was told oh yes sorry our systems crashed or hacked and the appointment didn't get made !so i drove to see themas i find this unacceptabledespite being sent an automated responseso ive got to wait 2 more weeks till it gets doneso in essence 4 and a half weeks to change a screen REALLY

My car is leaking in. I probably have some damage to my car due to the leak. They have broken my rain sensor as well on the day.They’ve admitted they have caused this problem to my car.After 4 weeks customer relations team not even contacted me about the case. Seems like they really care about their customer. They have made a mistake and caused damage to my car. This is ridiculous how they don’t want to pay for the damage since the 30th of March.

I used cosmetic insurance for my Mustang Mach-E's windscreen as I noticed a crack in the windscreen. They directed me to book an appointment online via National Windscreens. I took an available appointment which was less than a week. When I arrived, the chaps working there were welcoming and the technician explained the process in detail. They asked if I preferred to wait or come back and informed me as soon as the job was completed. I had a good experience with them and would recommend their services.

Called on a Friday. Appointment on a Monday. Repaired on a Tuesday. What incredibly efficient delivery of service, this business was recommended to me by my go to garage Rivervale - Portslade. And I have to say just like them, I am thoroughly impressed with the results!

Got a nice crack on the windscreen. Had to wait a week before they could fix it, due to their huge work load. 4 days later, nice stone hit it and cracked it again. Twice in 10 days!. Again, they couldn't fix it for 10 days. But they contracted their. Brighton branch, and I got it done the following morning.

I noticed a crack in my windscreen. I called Aviva and the automated message said to book online via National Wondscreens. The next available appointment was about 10 days later. Not a big deal, but it's quite frustrating that you don't get a time to book just a day. Fortunately my work were flexible in allowing me to take time to get to/from the centre. Anyway, I arrived and the staff (3 gents I spoke to) were very welcoming, kind and explained everything. They asked if I wanted to wait, or when I'd like to come back and called me as soon as it was sorted. Would recommend them.

Unfortunately for me, the company completely failed. Still no reply on why they failed to turn up on the appointed day. Still no apology. Customer service does not exist.
