1st Class Service.My boiler broke down this morning due to the cold weather. . I called loads of businesses to ask for a call out, nobody could fit me in. I told them my issues and fault codes and I didnt get any advice. I called Andy who advised he was booked up that day, after I explained the issue he asked for a photo of the boiler, he called back and suggested a few things to do which actually fixed my boiler. This was free of charge and no call out fee. Absolute first class service, very helpful honest and professional.

My heating stopped working, and I came across Andy after searching online. He came few hours later to check what could be wrong and on the spot he identified and fixed it straightaway. I can tell Andy enjoys what he does. Thank you Andy for sorting my hearing.

Amazingly helpful whilst he was clearly super busy! Helped me fix our boiler fault over the phone, gave straightforward instructions so I could work out what to press myself. Really very much appreciated in this cold spell, thank you for your time and help. Highly recommended.

I called Gas Mark 1 to get my cooker connected. He arrived promptly, with excellent customer service, very warm and friendly. He did an amazing job and helped me out with the washing machine, much appreciated. The price was more then fair for the service received. I recommend Gas Mark 1, especially to those who are nervous contacting engineers. Thank you.

Andy fitted a boiler for me in 2013, which we’ve been more than happy with.At the time, he got us a great deal on the boiler and the installation was spot on, and very clean/tidy.Recently - 10 years after the install! - I needed him to follow up on the Gas Safe registration to help with the sale of my house, which he did without hesitation and quickly resolved an urgent issue at his time and expense.Thanks again, Andy.Highly recommended!
