Disgraceful place full of drunks and drug addicts hanging around. Supposed to be a smoke free zone but folk smoking all-around the area. Security does nothing. Not a place to go other than to get on a bus, particularly in the evening.

Very cold, the seating is far too cold to sit on. When visitors and bus drivers decide to go outside for a cigarette, all the cigarette smoke from these people, makes it's way into the waiting area, making it very uncomfortable for non-smokers. Also security is not that brilliant, as very often, homeless people are asleep or under the influence of their addiction, in the station which scares the elderly community that use the bus station most days. On a more positive note, most of the drivers are very pleasant and helpful.

I'd say 3 stars is generous... Tonme personally it wasn't great waiting for a bus in the evening due to drug addicts around. Also the seats are made of metal which makes them cold to sit down.

The shops inside are good according to an acquaintance though I only use them if I really need to, nothing against them but to.me the bus station is just to catch my bus. I have more than a few times seen someone off their face on drugs hanging around outside here and noticed no security or anyone doing anything about it.

Dirty toilets, rubbish everywhere bus service 12 is disgusting I just waited 50 minutes for a bus and missed an important appointment not a happy lady at all/ I was waiting for the bus today there was a few getting on the bus this old man was getting on 5 druggies trying to rob him if I hadn't told them to piss off FFS where is the security?? F disgusting

A well laid out bus station with clear signage for departing buses and times. Also has a couple of shops for essential items. It is a cold place to be in winter though as there are large openings to get to the buses. Also slightly smells of wee, which is not surprising given the fact that the toilets seem to be locked most of the time to prevent vandalism, which ironically then leads to public urination by late night revelers, itself a form of vandalism.. short-sightedness by the local council.

As bus stations go, this one really isn't bad. It's relatively clean with good loos that were well stocked and clean whenever I've been there. The seating is adequate, the information Centre is manned with helpfully, friendly staff and all in all, it's exactly what it's supposed to be.

Wrexham Bus Station 2
Bright and airy, and for those that remember what the bus station used to look like some twenty years ago or more, this is a huge improvement! Covered, with some shops inside (sadly, some are vacant but this is not the station's fault). Toilets are shut at around 5pm or 6pm on weekdays, from memory. It can be a hangout for younger people too, this may be a good or bad thing depending on your point of view (and their behaviour).
