Very nice and friendly pub, clean and well maintained. Food was excellent. This pub has come a long way from what it used to be. Some of the menu items were unavailable, this happened on a few visits but the menu items that they did have were of very high quality indeed, will eat here again 100%

Great place Great food Great People, lovely pub have been coming here years, staff are very freindly and always helpful espicially Dan he is a great member of the team, would definatley recomend coming here for foid and fun, and being dog freindly is also a bonus. Thanks Guys

I have been in this pub many times and I must say the current manager and the team are brilliant! Sam is a truly hardworking and enjoyable person to know and be around. Also the food that I have previously ordered and ate has always been cooked and brought out without any issues.Will most definitely be returning many more times and would highly recommend this pub to anybody.

The only thing that makes this pub great is the atmosphere of the customers in it. However many managers this place has had, the current one has been the worst by far. Miserable and rude, totally shocking attitude and extremely unpleasant and unprofessional. She never appears to show any interest or enjoyment in her job and lacks the care and hard work that this pub needs. The toilets are left unclean, i came in on a thursday night, fecal matter all round the toilet bowl, returned the same week on the sunday and they were still there. Everytime i come into this pub it seems that the manager herself is never up for doing the job and would rather sit in the corner of the bar hunched over her mobile phone instead of getting up and doing some actual work. Like i said before, if it weren’t for the pubs customers, there would be more atmosphere at a funeral than in this pub due to the terrible and unfortunate management.

We waited an hour for just 2 meals. After 40 minutes, we asked for an update on the food only to find that the man responsible for cooking had been sitting at a nearby table drinking booze with another bunch of customers he clearly knew. No apology when the food came and the food itself was really poor. Awful service.

We went last night and waited over an hour and a half for food. Then noticed the man working in the kitchen collecting food was at the tables having a beer with friends. It was very unprofessional and the food wasn't even nice and clearly had been warmed up.Very clicky in there with the public if you're not part of their friends then you get terrible service

Went in after the Dudley arms wasn't doing food,really really glad we did,such a chilled atmosphere,very friendly service,me the missus and the two kids loved our food.We definitely be coming back.

This is our local we live close to the pub they are always respectful of the noise.. its a lovely family run pub and always get service with a smile relaxed atmosphere and just a nice place to be and eat

We've been coming to this pub for the past 15 years, we've seen it change hands quite a few times, and it hasn't always been the best. After visiting today we've noticed how much better it is, and how accommodating the staff are. A big thank you to Sam for the food, as it was nice, and a thank you to Dan who was really friendly with great customer service.
