Absolutely delighted to have found Independent Tesla Specialists Ltd, we had a fault with our air suspension compressor on our 2016 Model S, they were quick to respond, they diagnosed the problem and fixed it so much quicker and at a more reasonable price than our local Tesla dealership were offering. I would highly recommend these experts and from now on will be our go-to specialist, with our special thanks to Gary for his help and expertise and the extremely friendly member of staff in the showroom!

I suffered from the dreaded Heater Matrix and blown fuse failure on a Model S 100D that involved the total removal of the battery pack. The work was carried out over a day with great progress feedback and even some pictures that clearly shows what a major undertaking this is. Heater is all working now for the first time over the winter and could not be happier. I will definitely use them again and have no reservation in recommending the excellent team working there.

Used these guys a couple of times now to fix front & rear suspension and loose wiper arm on my 2014 Model S 85. I've nothing but praise for the work they've done. Significantly cheaper than going to Tesla Service Centre and great service. Excellent communications and collect service from local Holiday Inn included!! :-)

This place is totally rubbish & Dodgy…,Big looters . I went to get my car checked. My Tesla heating was not working. And guy name Gary lied about getting my car fixed. He ripped me of with £225 bill. 5 minutes later I found out my car was not fixed it & heating issue was still there. I went back and I have asked the guy to refund my money back. Because you could not fix my car. You lied to me about fixing my car. Problem is still there. He refused to refund my money back. So I would strongly suggest to avoid this place. And they are not even Tesla specialist as advertised.Totally fraud and dodgy.. …….Avoid this place …………………,::
