I started my Pilates journey about 3 years ago with the lovely Annie.She has helped me in so many ways....with my posture, my fitness, my wellbeing and more importantly mentally.Our classes are always such lovely fun and informative...all which encourage me further.I really look forward to my classes and can't imagine life without Pilates.Thank you Annie...you are an inspiration!
