I had the pleasure of meeting this plumber today. The circumstances were fairly typical. I have been doing a bit of DIY, and got myself into a spot of bother with a pipe that fractured close to the wall. I booked him through an agency, he was prompt, efficient at making a plan, and executed the plan perfectly. Problem solved in half an hour. That’s what I would expect from a competent plumber. But I wasn’t expecting was the empathy with my situation. A lot of plumbers would’ve said, I told you so, but not this one. He was businesslike, understanding of the difficult situation I’ve got myself into, and very helpful show me what I should’ve done, and what we might do in the future to avoid further problems. I would not hesitate to recommend this plumber. I would have no issues with booking direct with him. He is calm, efficient, polite and very helpful.

We had a leaking toilet.Sully came round and assessed what needed to be done.He then ordered a new toilet and parts and came the next day to fix it.I found him very prompt, polite and efficient and his work was of a good standard.Will definitely recommend for any other work.
