After many years of driving buses decided to change my career as a HGV driver. Within minutes of applying for a job advertised by mainstay I was contacted and got an interview and job by the end of the week. The staff at Mainstay have been great especially with me being new to the industry. I've had zero problems with pay or anything else and I'm happy to say I'm now been taken on full time. I would definitely recommend Mainstay recruitment.

Probably the best jobs agency in the Midlands. I have been working for them for 6 years, I have never had any problems. Money always on time. I left for 2 months and returned quickly. Nowhere was it as good as with the Mainstay. There is working a professional team of people always available, nice and helpful.

I received an interview invitation and allocated time from my busy schedule, waiting patiently for over 30 minutes for a call that never came. I reached out to Nick Jones, the director who scheduled the interview, only to be informed that there might have been an issue with the contact number.Despite providing my number again, I have not received a call or any response for two days. This experience, particularly from a director, has been extremely unprofessional.Update: I have received a call from Nick himself, explaining the situation and reason for miscommunication. Now resolved.

Time wasters.Avoid them at all. Got myself registered and not a single call from them afterwards.Called them few times and everytime they told me “i will call you back in few minutes” and never calls back.

Simply the worst agency there is.Had me drive all the way to Walsall to sign up with them then go several miles back for a assessment and never heard back, called several times, told Ciaran will get back to you, no one ever did, no idea how assessment went, no feedback, nothing!.They took copies of my passport, drivers license, insurance number and a whole lot of paperwork, something ain’t right about this fraudulent agency. AVOID.
