Had 11 doors fitted by Jack, yesterday. Very polite, friendly & tidy. Worked hard in the heat to complete the job. Would highly recommend. Really pleased with end result.Many thanks Jack

Well I can’t review the workmanship but 1 star to Jack for turning up!There was supposed to be 5 doors fitted but communication from Steve to Jack must have been incomplete.Steve discussed on phone requirements I stated that perco door closers needed replacing which would be extra £20 a door which I agreed and advised I would supply these new.Steve only confirmed by text the price and this extra, would have preferred a written quote!So I have today off so as to be here Jack turns up good introduction confident etc. explained and showed what needed doing.However once I mentioned the door closers a barrier went up as though he hadn’t been advised!He started to explain that he had to use existing and wouldn’t listen when I said I had new - the same but then cut short and said he couldn’t proceed and he was out the house in the van quicker than a rat up a drainpipe!He wouldn’t hold and explain further to the point of being quite rude!Of course I called Steve OVER 20 PHONE CALLS AND SEVERAL TEXT MESSAGES 3 HOURS LATER NO RESPONSE.This is not the action of a caring customer focused company! Call me Steve and explain!

We have just had 6 Doors replaced in our house in Paignton and we just wanted to say what a fantastic job Jack has done, very clean and tidy and very efficient and thorough!! although our house is a 1930s property and our old door frames are a bit “wonky” in some areas, it was no challenge for Jack, our doors fit perfectly and look stunning..Absolutely Outstanding workmanship … Thank you Steve & JackC&T Ward, Paignton

Jack fitted 12 internal doors for us yesterday and we cannot recommend this company highly enough. From first contact and initial advice to completion of the job we received nothing but professional service. Doors Express South West have just replaced 16 internal doors in our house. I cannot speak highly enough regarding the quality of service and workmanship. From quotation, measuring and installation, everything was managed perfectly. My wife and I are so grateful to Jack for all of his hard working completing the installation. Fast, efficient and absolutely no mess anywhere. What more can you ask for!

Steve did a great job in fitting 14 doors throught our house. He was very professional and a great person to deal with. He traveled a long way to Plymouth to do this work. I would not hesitate in recommending steve in the future.

6 doors replaced at a very good price, when the installation was delayed due to water damage of stock Jack and Steve worked over the weekend to make sure the job was still done on time. Great experience, highly recommend.

Jack fitted seven internal doors for us today. Could not find a company better than them. Work was quick, nothing Jack did you could fault, highly professional and made sure every door fitted to the exact specifications Would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again.

Had 6 Oak doors fitted by Jack yesterday, during what can only be described as very changeable weather, Jack had all the kit to work outside so limiting the disruption inside, all doors are fitted well, which makes a change as we have lived with the old doors since moving in a long time ago if only we had found Door express Southwest sooner, would gladly recommend to anyone.

Excellent sevice from first call to job finished.Had 13 doors fitted by jack and it was lovely to see him take pride in his work. What a nice gentleman with Excellent skills. Love my doors they look great. Thank you doors express. Would recommend to anyone who want new doors. Fantastic job.
