I have been going to Karen for over 8 years and am so impressed with her that I have recommended her on many occasions to friends, for back and shoulder muscular issues! I was most recently training for a 10k swim and had pulled a muscle in my neck which I was worried would preclude me from taking part in the event. Karen fitted me in for an emergency appointment, and with treatment and reassurance was able to took part in the swim and smashed it! Lovely lady. Had a massage, it wasn't the best, but Karen offers a few services. I wanted the massage for tension and it was more relaxing than effective for what i wanted. But not to put anyone off, each to their own!

while surveying Karens home, she noticed how I was standing and identified a back problem that I have been suffering with long term.After a few treatments my pain and discomfort has gone,I would recommend Karen 100 percent, her knowledge is excellent.
