I recieved treatment from Stuart several times for back injury, he is amazing!Very professional, studio was clean and hygienic, talks you through the process. Wouldn't go to anyone else!

Brilliant place! I suffer with muscular arthritis and hyper mobility. Now aside from these issues having to be isolated for about a year due to Covid my muscles have definitely weakened.As a result of that I ended up pinching my sciatic nerve and boy was it painful. However Stuart not only eased the pain but gave me some brilliant advice on what to do to help restore it to normal.His advice really did help and I'm almost back to normal with it now after just a two sessions and a few weeks of stretches at home.I would absolutely recommend this place for anyone having trouble with their muscles. They don't just ease the pain but help you with specific tailored advice on what areas to focus on.It really is a place about getting you to a pain free place rather than just giving you a short fix.Also very hygienic and clean which is important as I am vulnerable to infections hence the year of isolation.Stuart is very friendly and professional so I definitely recommend giving it a try.

I came to SCSC for advice on my foot as I had picked up a niggle during training. Stuart was highly professional and was able to diagnose the problem straight away.He spent a couple of sessions working the injury whilst educating me on the injury and rehab techniques. It wasn’t long until I was back in full training !Very effective, very friendly and very professional !

Stuart managed to book me in last minute with a running injury, I had a sports massage which helped greatly and Stu was able to give some advice and exercises to do which allowed me to be able to run the half marathon comfortably. Would definitely recommend!

I’ve been seeing Stuart for my sports massages for a while now and he is excellent. I generally go to him when I’m particularly worried about an issue or when I feel an issue coming on because I know how good he is for diagnosis.He is excellent at examining until he really gets to the bottom of an issue and then really superb at working at the problem.He gives really good advice and is friendly and relaxed but utterly professional as well.Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Switching to Stu has been one of the best moves for my running, he’s fixed every persistent niggle I’ve ever had. Always very professional and incredibly knowledgeable, and has fitted me in last minute so many times I’ve lost count. Wouldn’t think of going anywhere else.

Stuart is a skilled and knowledgeable sports massage therapist. He takes the time to explain his approach and has a fantastic way of answering any questions you may have in such a way that makes the treatment he’s giving and any exercises he’s recommending make total sense. I always feel really well listened to and understood in sessions. Highly recommend.

Booked a number of appointments with Stuart following a car accident, as after the initial appointment, it was clear how much the treatment was helping my back heal.Whilst I originally booked in with Stuart because of the accident, my day job means i'm sat at a desk all day and i've found regular appointments with Stuart really help the flexibility of my neck and back, especially alongside the advice he provides for stretching / exercises outside of the appointments.With a busy schedule, Stuart's flexibility on booking appointments is very helpful and you get excellent value for money with his pricing being so reasonable. So glad I found SC Sport Centre!
