When you walk into the store to listen to staff wretching while throwing a ball to each other... completely ignoring the customers. Had to walk out as it was unbearable. Staff not paying the blindest bit of attention when i mentioned loudly to my friend this was why i am leaving

Staff try their best & show/play with certain items to try & sell .Always happy , but felt a bit let down . Was recommended an item would work better than the one I had , but oh no it didn't, & intact the whole range is useless & more novelty than anything of use . So felt a bit let down by what I felt was a lack of honesty , to get money in the till on a quiet day .Would now say i look upon the shop as more NOVELTY than HIGH TECH.Good range for all ages .

The shop is always well stocked with good products, and the staff I've encountered have all been very friendly and helpful.My issue is with their preference of sending proof-of-purchase by email as opposed to printing a receipt, as that's twice now that I've provided my email address and not received any correspondence. Fortunately I haven't yet needed to return a product, but it's the principle. They haven't lost my custom, but I'll certainly request a paper receipt next timeUpdate: I would like to acknowledge the company's excellent response to my feedback. I sent an email, as the respondent below requested, and within 24 hours had received the receipt for my most recent purchase. Thank you for taking customer service so seriously, it doesn't go unnoticed.
