We were sent on an errand and had never been here before, the blonde woman serving was extremely unhelpful and confusing explaining how to purchase our items saying they weren't in store but were in the warehouse, so we asked where the warehouse was and it was literally the ajoined building. I could tell she did not want to help us or explain the process at all. We were then sent to the warehouse" next door where we asked a man where we were supposed to go with our slip and he looked at it
