The body repairs to my car are excellent; the car look beautiful. The helpful website showed the progress of the repairs and communication with KAG staff was very good. Each person was courteous, friendly and clearly knew their business well - over the phone, via email and when the courtesy car was delivered and collected. Explanations were clear and professional. I recommend this company unreservedly.

Called to say repairs were all completed. Returned courtesy car and then told repairs to my car not completed. Still awaiting parts and made to wait 50 mins in the waiting room upon arrival.

Absolute shambles!!! 5 weeks to repair a back light, bumper and a sill at a ridicules price to the insurance company of £2,165.35! Car is returned but repair to sill not done! They offered to take it back but had the cheek to ask for fuel money! My car had ample fuel in it when it went in for repair so where had it gone??. It transpires that they use customers cars to deliver cars back to other customers!! Check your mileage! I've reported this to my insurers the and advised them not to use them as a reputable garage.

Avoid at all costs. Took my BMW for damage to my front near side wing. Went to collect the car damage repaired then started the car to a warning light for sidelight fault. Got out of the car to see my drivers headlight full of condensation which inevitably has then burnt out the day running lights and module. Seat had been reset and over 50miles used out of my diesel. I can only assume my car was being used. Denied it and the damage caused leaving me with a bill of £800+ to replace the headlight unit. PS my car was in top condition bar the slight damage on wing, and passed MOT just a few weeks prior to going KAG. You've been warned!

When KAG received my car after 2 and half months which they did not cause. They did a good job and would use them again.

We used these through our insurance after an accident.We returned the loan car and after it was inspected we both signed to say the car was returned clean and undamaged.Then we received an email saying they had found the loan car had around £500 worth of damage and that we was expected to pay for the repair.We will be fighting this through our solicitors as we had already left the premises and were no longer responsible for the loan car.

Great garage sorted out my Astra front end. It's a insurance approved garage for repairs and servicing. Will use again

What an absolute set of COWBOYS, I took my car for an estimation on the say of my insurance company, a lad of about 17 came out to inspect my car which had a scrape on the door, wing and front bumper, all on the off side, he continuously kept on saying, you need a new door init, you need a new wing init, you need a new front bumper init, I asked him to stop calling me init, it fell on deaf ears, later my insurance company rang me and told me they were going to write off" my car because the work needing doing had been estimated by KAG and was going to cost nearly £2000.oo

Just went to pick up my car from KAG & it looks brand new, even have it a clean. The hire car they lent me was small but it for me from A to B & it was really good on petrol. It's taken awhile for the repair but it's been worth the wait, really pleased with the work, like l said it looks brand new, as it was before my accident. Thanks
