GURU Cloud Hosting

The customer service of this company is really pathetic and they do not have sympathy with their customers. I had some issues so due to all this I had zero usage of the service over 2 months but this company was taking regular payments from my credit card. I tried to log a complaint to get my money back then realised this company does not have a complaints department or team. Their processes are all messed up and they did not give me my money back. I am really disappointed and have now cancelled my contract with them. It's a small reseller hosting business ran by couple of persons so it's not a full-fledged company. Beware, you'll not get a good service and good customer service from them so avoid this company and do not waste your money with non-professionals. Now this business will try to justify their wrong actions with lame excuses.

We first signed up as a Guru Cloud Hosting customer in Nov 2020 for multi websites. The sites are fast and highly reliable.Whether you contact them by livechat or ticket, the support has been first class. They have helped with problems that weren't even really down to hosting, but still resolved them for us, rapidly.Compared to other hosting we have used over the years, where costs have spiralled, these are highly competitive, for the service and quality of what you get.I have literally no reason to give a single negative on this service at this time. Great value. Fast support at any time. They even helped us via Livechat at 11.30pm and gave us advice at the same time. Was brilliant.If you host multiple websites, top marks for Guru. And brilliant that they are totally UK as well. Support our UK businesses.

I moved over to GURU's hosting nearly two years ago, after trying some of the well known companies. The service is brilliant and their techincal support is swift, caring and professional. Technically I do not understand what I am doing and I appreciate the help offered. I would not hesitate to recommend GURU. Their pricing is reasonable and clear. I am grateful.

The 100% uptime promise has so far proven true which is excellent news for my ecommerce clients.Whenever I have had a query, their live chat has been super responsive, and to top it all, my before and after speed measurements show Guru is much faster than two previous well known hosts I migrated from. Customer support has been first-rate. The Guru people I have dealt with have been consistently patient, efficient, helpful and friendly. The monthly cost per website is very competitive. For all of these important reasons, I highly recommend Guru Cloud Hosting.

I've been using Guru for a couple years and had no issues. They have an extremely good support team which you can get hold of quickly and don't have to sit on hold for ages. I had an issue with logging in to my wordpress dashboard and Dan was able to sort the issue out in minutes over the phone. Not being the most technical this would have taken me ages to figure out myself. Would highly recommend!

GURU are the best. Any issues I've ever had have been resolved within 5 minutes or less! They are always around to offer advice and support. I don't understand the negative review, this is so different to my experience (they are probably a rival hosting company!)

Best hosting company I have been with since starting my business. I have had issues with almost other hosting providers but never Guru. I've used Guru for a couple of years. Their support is absolutely awesome - you'd do better to find another host with the level of support you get from Guru. As a reseller however, the performance of my package reached it's limit pretty quick and although sympathetic, the staff could not accelerate my website, despite paying for the boost. Regretfully, I am moving to another provider as lost business and revenue, together with competitive pricing with others, meant I had a better alternative. If you have a small site that needs less resources, they're great. We outgrew our package and that triggered a search for more competitive hosts, which I found with unlimited resources for around the same monthly fee.
