My friend and I visited Whitehead Bowls today. We have only been bowling this season and have been inundated with advice, tips and observations. Having read Whitehead Bowls website we felt a visit to them would help us determine which bowl was best for us. It was really refreshing to talk to someone with so much knowledge and experience who cut through the myths and minefields of buying bowls. If it feels comfortable in the hand it must be right for you" (or words to that effect). We came away with a set of bowls each

This is how customer service should be. Duncan has so much knowledge that he shared with me to allow me to pick the bowls that I wanted. Tired of on-line shopping and the need to return goods that didn't fit, I took a trip to Whitehead bowls and left with everything I needed. They had the exact shoe I was after and in the size I wanted. They also stocked a choice of clothing including rain coats in various sizes and a fleece top in the size that fit (glad I went to the shop as the size I initially requested was too large).Successful shopping trip and I'd recommend Whitehead bowls

What a great company to deal with , from my 1st enquiry about bowls to deliveryDuncan replied to me very quickly every time, advised me what Bowls in the size I wanted he had with a brief description, ordered on Wednesday, Bowls delivered Thursday, couldn’t fault them in any way , plus price was very good as well, hence the 5 stars
