Had to go and get a prescription after a visit to A&E, Even though I arrived at 11.50pm was dealt with in a courteous way and only took a few minutes to dispense.

They have switched from normal tills to the horrible self service type. My custom is likely to go elsewhere

We visited this store on Friday morning to purchase some medical equipment. Karen in the pharmacy department was not only professional in her manner but she showed great warmth and empathy to myself and my husband at a time of great concern. We will never forget her kindness and we hope that the store manager acknowledges everything that she did for us. Thank you

Visited the store last night 26.10.2023 was served by a very polite friendly lady named Carol. She helped me on the new self serve till but as I had a coupon to redeem it couldn't be done. She said no problem I can do it on the manual till for you, and proceeded to take my purchases over and redeemed my coupon for me.Thankyou

A much better Location for this Health and Beauty Shop, loads of Space to move around in whilst you Buy or search for Essentials, it is far better for most of its Prices with an Brilliant Customer Service

No stock very empty shelves ..very little staff ..no one to help when needed it .same every Christmas but even through the year .needs a good clean ..and fully stock your shelves and range and I may shop there again.. not very inviting
