Large lorry of theirs in strood. Driver quite merrily on the phone. I stood in front of him and he put it down. Probably picked it up again after. Clearly not a professional outfit.

Damaged my goods while in transit and refused to take any responsibility for it, tried to pass the blame. I wrote to the owner with my concerns and was completely ignored. Will not be using again.

Awful delivery drivers. Our whole street knew about a delivery the other evening because the driver couldn't deliver a pallet of fresh turf to one of my neighbours because my next door neighbour has a massive overgrown hedge that has taken over the path so his pump truck wouldn't fit. He then stood outside my house, shouting into his mobile phone, firstly to my neighbours 5 doors down the road, then to his boss/office for over half an hour before half loading it back on his vehicle driving down the road a bit, then going up the path from the other end of the road. Simple. Literally.
