DHL Express Service Point (Hermit Mini Market - iPayOn)

Very friendly staff and he assisted me with my parcel and the service was efficient. Will highly recommend him if you want to send by DHL as the service is fast. Thank you so much for a great service

Staff is good and helpful. But they did not inform me about customs duty that caught me totally off guard as the receiver had to pay a big amount (nearly equal to the courier service charges). Overall ended up paying double of what we thought it would cost us. I understand DHL service is not responsible for Customs charges but a disclaimer from the staff would have been useful.

Went to post a returns package to Canada for which the retailer provided no return instruction.Colin was helpful with filling the form and with helping me with a DHL box, provided me with a tracking number and generally ensuring it was all done right, given that it was my first time using the service.(I did research package size and corresponding prices on the DHL website before going as this isn't set by the store but by DHL).Great and friendly service overall, would go again.

Just like others have left a review I feel that this man doesn't have a welcoming attitude. I've gone there to send a parcel to my home country with the worldwide express service. Every time I've gone there it's as if I'm dealing with someone whose half asleep. The last time I've gone there I was sending 2 inhalers which are only the weight of probably less than 500grams. Maybe like 300grams if you add the smallest box that DHL provides it should be no more than 500grams. Yet when he told me the total amount in money it costs £79.99!!! When I've sent a phone and medicine previously which costed the same price. When I've gone home and checked the paper no wonder why he charged me that price, he had put down that the parcel weight was 1.5kgs. this is fraud as the parcel weighs way less than 1kgs. I would advise others go elsewhere there is always other places to go.

I sent parcel to Ukraine arrive with in 3 days. No problem good service 5star. Shop owner was very helpful.

I just called someone asking about international courier service. I guy was so rude , he disconnected my call and said i am not interested and don’t call me back again . And I thought it must be a mistake and called him back and he still replied in very aggressive way and yelled at me for calling him. I wish i could give them 0 star because they don’t even deserve 1 star. So rude and unprofessional. Please don’t waste your time here because they don’t care about there customers

The DHL service was fine, package delivered promptly however be careful while sharing you mobile number. I keep getting fraud texts claiming to be from HSBC

Driver claimed to not be able to gain access to my building which is nonsenseSpent hours on the phone trying to locate parcel with DHL and they could not contact or locate their own driverGot told I could collect my item in the morning. I go there and wait almost an hour to find they cannot actually find the parcelAbsolute waste of anyone's time this firm, we pay for next day delivery and end up having hours of our time wasted and do not even get our goods...Avoid at all costs go with DPD or Parcel Force

I would put zero stars but it doesn't allow me to. Very very rude, unprofessional, short temper and unfriendly staff. DO NOT GO HERE. Tried to use their DHL service to send a parcel, the man initially was trying to connect to his DHL service but was having issues so we patiently waited with no bother while he was on the phone to someone to resolve this. He then eventually managed to get into his DHL service account and took the parcel from us. He inspected the box and then told us the 'webmail? tracking number' was missing from the parcel and that we are better off going to the main depot which was a 5 minute drive away, but we do not have a car. we then tried to inform him that that was all we were given to attach to the parcel by amazon and we should be able to send via any DHL service point without a problem. We then asked him to explain what the number was exactly that he needed. My husband began to look to see if he had the number on his amazon email, but then out of nowhere the man got very angry and said we were wasting his time for the last 15 minutes and asked us to leave. As if we had done something wrong! We thought this was incredibly rude and tried to reason with him as to how we had wasted his time and why he was so defensive when there was noone else in the shop at the time, we had only been in there for about 10 minutes (which is not a lot of time), it wasn't our fault he had been on the phone to someone struggling to log into his DHL account for most of that time. And we were respectful and spoke normally the entire time. Then his daughter got involved and very rudely with a lot of attitude whilst speaking over us asked us to leave several times. We felt like we were being treated like criminals! When all we were doing was trying to return a parcel via their DHL service that they advertise they provide. And even if it was the case that they cannot process the return for whatever reason and it has to go to the main depot, we would have happily understood and left had they have reasoned with us as we were already doing and explained to us politely like civilised human beings. Note to the staff- it costs nothing to be a little kind to others!

Colin - Store owner is great rep for DHL and my shipment handling was very smooth, completed in 5mins. He also ensured that I was not required to wait for tracking number as the process would take time and sent me on whatsapp as promised. Great experience.
