Update: item has now been received! Some responsiveness from the emails sent and voicemail left would have been much appreciated!Sadly didn't read the reviews of this company prior to ordering an item. As other people state, I received an email saying the order was complete and delivered yet have not received the item. I have contacted them via email, phone and social media with no response.Interestingly the company is named Bearboxes Fashion Apperal on Facebook, address Bury Street Manchester, Bearboxes Menswear on Instagram, address Covent Garden London, and on Company's House Bearboxes Co Ltd.

This is a highly fraudulent company - please beware. Please also consult review on Trustpilot for more information. I placed an order, which came incredibly late despite paying a hefty delivery charge. I returned the order and no refund was issued. It has now been nearly 4 months and still not refund. Trading Standards have been informed of this and hopefully action will be taken to close this horrendous business down. Items are sent directly from China so there is no guarantee of their genuine status. Order with severe caution.

BEWARE - This company is a con. Ordered goods and paid for courier delivery 5 to 7 days. The response was that they use the Post Office to deliver and you can track your parcel - BUT they don't give you a tracking number. Two weeks later and nothing's arrived. I've asked the credit card company to refund me and for their fraud department to investigate.

If it was possible, I will give them zero stars, this website is scam and they make fraud, be careful! Do not purchase anything from them, I never received the items that I ordered and no one answers calls, emails or chats!

Do not order from this company. I ordered a product 2 months ago that has still not arrived . Can not get them to refund me as they claim to have a tracking to say the item has been delivered which they can not provide proof of. Avoid completely as you will be left out of pocket

Received the wrong items. Have had no reply to my email. The phone number is invalid and have had no reply through the Facebook page. Very disappointed with the quality of customer service.

Avoid ordering from here. My order was delayed to point that I had moved house before it supposedly arrived. They said that the order was delivered to my old address but supplied no evidence of this... Since then I have contacted them again and have had no response.

Fraudulent company, do not buy from them.I placed an order and received the order confirmation e-mail. No product arrived.The telephone number on the e-mail is a dead line.No response to e-mails.The mobile number on the website just goes to a gif had voicemail.It is not a registered company.A bunch of criminals.

Awful company, I ordered over 2 months ago and have yet to receive any communication from them. Let alone the item I received. I have emailed several times to follow up on the order with o response. All of the 020 numbers are out of service and the mobile number attached to the website rings through to voicemail. The service is terrible. Would never recommend this company as it is very clearly a scam. Will be reporting to the bank and to trading standards
