I had worked for caring crew for just under 7 years, throughout my stay here, they taught me a lot. From the age of 18 when I first joined they gave me opportunities to go the extra mile, the client base was lovely, management lovely. Further into my time I was gradually promoted. And moved into the office for the last 3 years of my work there. I would like to say a big thank you to caring crew for everything they have done for me and for the community. In my time and experience with caring crew I found out just how much they really do care about making a difference, a difference to those who need their support, that could be absolutely anyone of us. The training they offer, the way they deliver their services, the passion and drive for really making a positive impact on somebody’s life. Whether that be, helping with cleaning tasks, personal cares, emotional support, companionship you name it caring crew will offer it. Thank you for everything, I would highly recommend CARING CREW To all potential new users looking for a good reliable care company to look after their loved ones or to anybody thinking of a career change and making that step to becoming a successful, passionate care worker backed by a great management team.

The Caring Crew are a friendly, helpful, dedicated team of people, who are always very compassionate with full attention to my dad’s medical and personal care. They have helped him through some emotional times, leading upto him going into a permanent care home. Mum was in hospital for 14 weeks and both myself and my dad were concerned as to what would happen on her return to home. The caring crew were able to organize everything and have it all in place for mum's return home so taking pressure off the family. Kerry and Tracy have always been at the end of the phone if any questions arise and the care team have been fantastic. I couldn't praise them enough.

Caring Crew are simply outstanding as a care company. We 100% would recommend them to anyone who needs carers for their loved ones.The love and support they give to our dear friend Colin in just amazing.They always go the extra mile to make him comfortable and happy. He certainly is happy to see the carers arrive.I am so pleased and can relax to know he is in such safe hands.Tracey and Kerry have been a great support not only to Colin, but to myself also. This has really lightened my load ,as the last eighteen months , when Colin needed care, I was really struggling with this because I had developed health problems.A great company! I have been working for Caring Crew for just over 6 months now, after reading the reviews and meeting the manager at my interview I immediately felt at ease about returning to the care profession after some time away.The team have supported me through training and guidance throughout the role. The company is supportive on a personal and professional level, supporting all staff as best they can.Caring Crew go above and beyond for their staff and their clients. My mum came into Caring Crew's care service at a time when her disability was becoming difficult for her to cope. From the start Kerry assessed my mum for her needs in a caring and dedicated way. She made my mum feel at ease at a time that was very difficult for her to make decisions to allow carers to carry out basic daily tasks on her behalf. The day my mum met her assigned carer, Leigh, was the first time in months I had seen my mum smile and laugh. After the first 1 or 2 visits my mum's personality started to shine again. Kerry was very active in arranging special times for mum's carer to be able to spend social time with her and take her out for a day each month which gave her something to look forward too. They also arranged sleepovers to allow me weekend breaks and a holiday each year. They changed my mum's life for the better and I cannot thank them enough for giving me back the mother I knew growing up. Thank you, Caring Crew, for your time, dedication and love.

i have just read some spite fall reviews on Caring Crew and thought i would write my own as i feel these are an incorrect representation.i worked for caring crew for two years and enjoyed every moment of it, the staff were lovely and the management were supportive. i then returned to work for the this year and have received nothing but open arms and support, this company go out of there way to look after their employees and always make sure their clients are treated with the upmost respect. i love working for them and i know many other people who would agree, Caring Crew are always professional and have always truly appreciated and respected me as a worker and i have friends who have elderly parents in the care of Caring Crew and i have been told they are the best care company they have ever used. A big thank you to everyone at Caring Crew who work hard and are always professional x

My mum has recently been discharged from hospital after 4 months I have been feeling so anxious however the caring crew have definitely put my mind at ease I have been so impressed by this company and would definitely recommend them.Every carer has been so lovely treating my dear mum with so much compassion . Tracey and the Team have all been so supportive . Thank you so much for all your support and for helping my mum adjust to living at home again. You certainly do live up to your name .
