I stopped there for couple hours when my car was out for a service. What a lovely place, atmosphere and delicious food. I was so delighted that I got directed there by the members of TrustFord garage.Highly recommended.

Food can be a hit and miss but when it's good it's great, little bit pricey but overall not bad. The thing that could improve is the service, most staff are good but there's a couple that come across as really rude, no hello, no thankyou nothing, puts you off going in there.

Great staff. Great service. Great food.Comfortable seats for a bite to eat and a little longer..Closing time at 2.30pm was extended in the last year due to customers still coming in reasonable level at 2pm; previous closing time. There's still plenty of food until quarter past two every day but the selection is way down. However, the staff are happy to make you a salad style sandwich up until around this time if they aren't too busy as they start clearing and cleaning at 2pm.I've been coming here almost every weekday lunchtime for nearly 3 years and not only never had a problem.. I've always had great service and banter with the staff..It's not a greasy spoonIt's not an Eat at Joe's"All the breakfast and lunch food is fresh cooked in premises and everything is spotless..Hardworking and Happy to Help but sometimes a little rushed at busy times.Stee"

We were looking for a different place called the KEY our satnav wasn't up to the job sent us past it and we saw take 5 lots of people coming and going so we gave it a try good old fashioned café proper burgers with all the trimmings macaroni, cottage pie and skirlie + lots of other things WOW!! A proper greasy spoon as they used to call them and that was meant as a compliment nothing fancy but well cooked and the staff were friendly and attentive certainly will be back if I'm in the area

Old school dinner / cafe in an industrial estate. The food pretty good for the price, decent burgers and bbq chicken baguettes + chips. The staff a decent but with good chat

Just on Altens Industrial estate on the left at the top of the hill. First class cafe been there for years and has had to adapt through this covid. Food and coffee good staff very friendly and helpful covid aware and rules enforced mask worn at your descretion facilities OK. Lovely wee place will always haste yee back ha ha
