Errol completed my ergonomic home assessment today. He was so lovely and helpful, and made me feel really supported and relaxed during my assessment. He thoroughly explained all of the equipment and was caring and friendly. Thank you!

Very positive experience with Remtek. Gareth really put me at ease during the initial ergonomic assessment. Today, Dan delivered and installed my equipment. He was friendly and helpful, providing a lot of information and setting everything up quickly but carefully. The packaging was also removed, which was appreciated. The ordering process was overall easy, although I never received the order confirmation email (not even in my spam) and had to reach out to know I had to arrange delivery myself.

Just had my first tech training session with Gabriel Karikari and it was really great! He was really friendly and patient and explained things very clearly. It was really useful and I feel like I have a good grasp of the software now, thank you Gabriel :)

I had my software training sessions with Gabriel KariKari. He is the most brilliant, patient, empathetic and thorough tutor i have ever met. He made sure that i left each session completely understanding of each software, followed up with me about the software in the next session and honestly just made it a lovely time learning new things. Thank you Gabriel and when i finish Uni with good grades, i will sure remember you played a big part making learning so accessible and easy for me. Remtek sure has a gem for an employee.

I recently had an appointment with Ross Glasgow and my experience with him was truly outstanding. He was exceptionally easy to converse with and answered any questions I had while providing clear, step-by-step guidance on how to use the software. I'm so impressed with his expertise that I've already scheduled future sessions with him in the coming weeks. I highly recommend his services :)

I would highly recommend Remtek Systems Ltd for your DSA Equipment. Their Admin/Support Team are outstanding if students require assistance in setting up their software especially if you are similar to me not computer techno. Claire Sheen (Remtek) kindly booked me in with herself for a remote session and set up all the software on my behalf and went through my systems helping me to understand all (excellent!).Remote appointment slot was 08:30am which helped as I had a busy day ahead so, an early appointment meant I could get on with the day.Definitely would highly recommend Remtek. Gabriel KarikariJust had my first 2 hour session with Gabriel. What a warm, kind and knowledgeable person. He was client lead, asking me every step of the way what I needed and was intune with me if I felt confused. We took turns so I could learn how I needed to and this was all done in a friendly and professional way. Very impressed with the service.

Ross Glasgow and I recently had an appointment, and I had a really great experience with him. He was really easy to talk to and gave me detailed instructions on how to use the software along with clear answers to any queries I had. His knowledge is so extensive that I've already booked further lessons with him for the upcoming weeks. I heartily endorse using his services:)

Today I had an appointment with Gabriel Karikari for assistive software training. He talked me through the new software and was incredibly patient and understanding. I feel more confident about the apps and equipment and I now feel at ease with the whole experience. He is extremely professional and helpful, couldn't recommend enough!
