We were after a small suitcase to replace an old one. Plenty of choice and competitive pricing. Helpful and friendly staff. The store was clean and there was plenty of room to move about and look at all the suitcases. Overall, a hassle free pleasant shopping experience.

Very helpful staff. I visited today for the first time. Both of the staff on the shop floor were really helpful and took the time to show me the features of the bags I was interested in as well as work out which had more storage. I had a really positive experience here today and would most certainly recommend this shop.

The Samsonite shop at Braintree Village is a helpful stop off if you're in the market for luggage or bags. The advantage of shopping here, rather than say a department store, is that they have the virtually the full range of Samsonite bags in all shapes and sizes, particularly helpful if you're looking for a set rather than a single bag. The staff also know the product ranges really well and are really helpful with questions. That said, I didn't find a huge difference between prices here and say, a department store or shopping online.On luggage, I travel a lot - I've taken around 50 flights a year for the past 20 years, and have had my fair share of luggage issues. The Samsonite cases are generally more scratch resistant than most other brands - so they don't look beaten up so quickly, and the wheels are reliable - I've never had an issue with Samsonite wheels.

Needed a decent wallet as mine was falling apart. Easy to spend money here as all the gear is Samsonite so you know it is built to last

OK, so Samsonite luggage isn't cheap but it's one of the best, so if you plan to buy some why not go here and see if you can get it at a reduced price? And the staff are really friendly, too. Win win.

Very clean and bright inside the shop and spacious. Staff are very welcoming and seem to leave you alone to choice. Lots of different sizes suitcase available.Ended up buying two suitcases, expecting from shop display, happened to have one brand new un-wrapped at stock room, other was shop floor display.Very please with purchase.Highly recommend.
