Not often that I award Five Whole Stars.... But....I feel compelled to draw your attention to the the professionalism and dedication of Mr. Matthew Hankinson and the team that is Auction House North West.after a string of disappointments...... Here's the success story of selling our combined Business and 'live on' Residential property...! Not a short story but it's always worth spending a little time to hear useful truths.We tried to sell our well maintained, nicely located and reasonably priced property with support from a number of Estate Agents... They worked hard on our behalf.... However....Thanks to Covid, Putin, Power Costs and the government's scary mishandling of the UK 'economy'.... We failed to meet that one person who would actually buy!...We became depressed by time wasting 'tyre kicker' viewers, plan changers and a stream of Web browsing self trained 'ethical' property developers who thought they were doing us some sort of huge favour... at our expense...!Searching for a way out of the loop, we were in contact with Auction House North West in March 2023..... And our predicament changed.... fast !On April 27th we completed the sale. Thanks entirely to the person who was by our side for the whole of the meticulously handled selling process... We came to Auction House NW after the sale of my late parents' home had collapsed (after 5 months) with a high street estate agent. From first meeting the Sales Director, Jamie Rogers, we'd sold and exchanged contracts on the house just EIGHTEEN days later.I cannot praise Jamie and his team highly enough. We are not auction 'regulars' but were keen to sell the house and ultimately move on with our lives; Auction House made sure this happened. They quickly marketed the property online / offline and organised viewings in a very short period of time.We felt very well looked after, calls & queries were answered quickly and we achieved a price that we're absolutely delighted with. Fees were clearly explained and there were no hidden costs.I just wish we'd gone straight to Auction House in the first place and we could have saved months of gas/electricity bills & council tax charges.If you're in a similar position, look at their website and the legal packs of some comparable properties. Watch one of the online auctions, so you know what to expect.Thank you again Jamie and everyone - you're highly recommended by us.
