I purchased a Mini Cooper D from Mike a few weeks ago now. Mike came across very well and not pushy at all, just left me to look around the car and then take on a test drive on my own.After a few days the car did develop a fault which was looked at immediately and it was thought that the repair had worked, however, the fault came back a few days later. Mike took the car again and reassured me that once I got the car back it would be repaired. After a few days I did get the car back and pleased to report it has been faultless since.I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Trade Cars 4 U and Mike, absolutely first class customer service. We recently used Tade Cars 4 U after finding a car for our daughter on auto trader. We had many questions to ask and the patience shown by John who dealt with us was 2nd to none. He understood the needs of our fussy 17 Yr old daughter. We took advantage of the £94 holding fee to secure the vehicle and we were not disappointed upon arrival. The Ford Fiesta was exactly has described and the pictures did not do it justice. Needless to say, we drove it away that day. I bought a Fiesta yesterday and was served by John, who works for Mike. John was fantastic last week when we first saw the car and after the service and MOT, the car was ready to pick up at the agreed time yesterday. However, there was a misunderstanding yesterday, which caused me to drive off pretty annoyed and confused.Mike called today to apologise unreservedly and explained the error in communication between members of his team. What's more, as a gesture of goodwill, he has thrown in next years MOT and service for free.I'm pretty happy now, thanks Mike and John.

Bought my first car from here recently, a red Fiesta. Saw online, and spoke with Mike who let me reserve the car since I wouldn't be able to get there until weekend.When I got there the car was ready to test drive, no pushy sales tactics - overall incredibly easy, straightforward and pleasant experience.Mike's colleague was really helpful when suggesting where my family member could leave their car while I drove my new car home, and even offered to come and open the gate later that day!Mike himself has been great since I bought and always been happy to pick up the phone to answer any questions.Would recommend without hesitation.
