Bit of a wait for food but staff couldn’t have been nicer and were really pleasant to deal with. Vicky served us on the day, she was lovely and very helpful. Wee one thoroughly enjoyed her birthday experience.

We popped in for a late dinner and as soon as we were seated Vicky came over with a very welcoming smile. The service was fantastic, noticing when our drinks needed refilled without asking. Vicky was fantastic and really made our experience a very enjoyable one. Nothing seemed like too much trouble. Will certainly be back. One thing for TGI's bring back the garlic fries.

My fiance and myself visited the braehead TGI's today and had a pleasant experience. We where welcomed in by Katie H who introduced herself and took our order. Our food was served in good time as it was not busy around noon. Our bill for the lunchtime menu plus 1 alcoholic and 1 non alcoholic drink was £44 which is quite reasonable for a two course. The only thing i miss about TGI's is the large serving of sesame seed chicken they used to serve as part of the two course deal. The size of the new servings are smaller but just as tasty.We shall return.

Would love to give 0 stars but no optionWent here last night before a show at the hydro.Took over and hour for 2 starters and 2 mains to come.When they did arrive the food was terrible and it looked like the stuff someone else hadn’t finished on another meal.Do yourself a favour go to Monterey jacks across from here.Manager was supposed to come and see us due to complaint about the food and eventually we got a discount on a juice order.Never againWe had been here last year and much the same service but decided to give it another chance.If the manager doesn’t care about the food they are sending then what chance do the customers have.Can only be a matter of time that this once great place will close

Really enjoyable experience Vicky (our server) went above and beyond today sorting out my food as I didn’t want chilli flakes on my food. She was excellent, curtious and very obliging. We thank her for the excellent service

Vicky was amazing! So friendly and dressed up as a butterfly for Halloween. Attentive, and managed to keep a smile on her face amidst the chaos. Food was what I expected but very expensive considering how little it costs the restaurant. Even then, I hope you pay your staff well considering how much you overcharge! As a former line cook myself I know how unforgiving this job/industry is. Thanks so much Vicky! All the best. (Corporate, shame on you). Even the decoy dishes and high profit items like fries and nachos and the kids menu that cost mere pennies to produce were ridiculously overpriced. For a family restaurant, that's pretty appalling. I give VICKY full marks, assuming she needs to hustle Google reviews to earn a living wage. TGIF, you live up to your American capitalist overlords.
