I had a problem with my Rangemaster 90 cooker and the guys from Graham's Electrical were exemplary and I want to say a huge thanks to the guys for the quick and efficient service today, they couldn't have been any better and it was much appreciated and at a very reasonable price.

Tumble dryer stop getting hot, spoke to a brilliant guy, Greg came round later that week, diagnosed faulty heater in 5 minutes. Ordered new part, came to install when available, 15 minute job we now have a new dryer!! Really helpful and easy. Great local company!!

Excellent service from Graham's Electrical! They came to diagnose the problem, unfortunately was cheaper to replace my machine. They were very knowledgeable and recommended a machine suitable to my needs. They gave me the specs and comparison prices between two leading brands to give me a choice. The machine arrived and was fitted within 5 days (old one was taken away too). Fitters were professional, friendly and left my place tidy whilst fitting machine in integrated kitchen. Very happy with service. Will definitely use them again and highly recommend!

They replaced brushes on my washing machine. 1 month later ceiling is bulging from water leaking from supply pipes to washing machine. This should not happen.

Graham's Electrical - Winton BournemouthCould not fault the service from Greg, (Darren/Bruce) and Dean the Gas Engineer.Purchased a cooker for my Mother, very specific requirements (Gas, 2 oven, had to be black), no trouble or drama....Greg found what we wanted Wednesday 2nd Feb, delivered and installed Friday 4th Feb. No fuss, arrived on time as they said, really nice guys.The High Street is far from dead if you support great businesses like this. Would recommend Graham's Electrical every time, it may be a small business but what excellent service.....And, a true family business.Thanks Julian (Mum, she's very happy)

Great service bit more than I wanted to pay for new fridge freezer, but was given free delivery.Also only £25 for my old fridge to be recycled so worked out great. Very good service, will definitely concider for any other kitchen appliances.

I can't thank Bruce and his team enough. Our oven stopped working and it looked like at least a week to get it fixed. Went into see them on Friday and the new oven was installed within 24 hours which is unbelievable service. Always best to support local independents. No crazy charges either. Would highly recommend.
