I have used S J Osborne twice recently, firstly to repair an antique lock for my wardrobe which was done promptly and for a very reasonable price and secondly after searching the internet and the large DIY stores for a particular lock for my French doors which no one could help with I walked into S J Osborne and they were able to supply one on the spot, fantastic service!!!I would highly recommend them.

Had a jammed 5 lever mortice which needed opening without causing damage to the door. Simon fit me in at short notice, got the door open without damaging the door or frame and replaced the lock for me at a good price.

I have used Osborne & Son for many years (from key cutting, to window locks, to procuring brass door and window furniture, to restoring old locks in our Victorian house) - I cannot rate them highly enough. Yet again, this morning they have come to my rescue - a broken key jammed in the front door - all sorted within a couple of hours of the first call for help.They deliver every time... friendly, efficient, reliable - no fuss, no drama - just good old fashioned quality service at a fair price. Thank you Simon and the team - 10/10.
