1- No accessibility within building as only stairs is available, no staff to help either.2- Staff are highly physically aggressive with their patient, scary and non human3- When you ask some of the staff questions- you are completely ignored. Like they are not there and in a different world.4- This one is worst of all- but they don't have basic knowledge as they misdiagnose patients. They did a Mantoux test where there is small redness, but no induration, and they diagnosed this as positive. How can they diagnose based on Colour alone and not assess induration.

I have to disagree with some of these reviews. Firstly there is a lift within the building. I was offered the use of the lift on my recent visit. As for the staff I find them so helpful and reassuring. I get better care here than I do in walsall. The male receptionist is a great help too.
