I asked if they still did the breakfast deal they said yes I was charged over £6 and queried it. Then they said about a meal deal with a packet of crisp for over £7 I said I wasnt going to pay for it and they charged me £3.85 with a free coffee .. Got home and it was suppose to be £2.45 Going to inform Southampton Trading standards. No wander they didnt have any customers

Very bad service by the Manager yesterday! We asked for our food and he was not happy with the filling we were asking for, and decided to throw the sandwich, and toppings all over the sandwich as we ordered he than stormed off mid way and another member of staff had to take over. When asking the lady Sitajay (I think) for the managers name she kept refusing to give us the name as I wanted to make a complaint. Such bad customer service absolutely appalling staff at this location.

Cross contaminationI mean food was nice but the person putting chicken in my sub dropped some chicken into another pot and then the guy making the salad put onion in my sun by mistake after the Mayo and lettuce was in it and he just put the onion back in the onion pot, what if someone is allergic to the stuff in my sub and ordered one with onions and has a reaction from the Mayo covered onion.

Never even bother ordering food from here online, it wont turn up. We ordered and waited 1hr 45 minutes for a subway through Just Eat which never came or got updates. Had to drive over ourselves and then when asking where our food was 3 rude clueless staff waffled on about it not being their fault even though they ignored all calls to their number to communicate. Still havent got a refund so advise not going here

Very poor service. The polish (i assume) staff are very unfriendly and can barely put together the most basic sandwich, often they don't even bother cutting it. The little redhead and the tall blonde in particular are especially poor. If I see them there I won't even bother. It is these two who are probably causing so many bad reviews. As with any fast food place there is high staff turnover, somehow these two have remained despite being the worst employees. I don't expect give star service, but damn these girls have been there a long time and just can't be arsed with it. The English staff however are usually very friendly and make a great sub. The rude and incompetent staff seem to be a recurring theme in these reviews. Perhaps somebody in charge should take a closer look at their hiring practices.

i got a free side on the subway app and i went to collect it and they refused to give it to me so when i asked again they rolled their eyes and tossed it to me like it was a ball. also when you get there they’re all lying on the floor like a bunch of weirdos

I would give 0 stars if I had the option. Manager was rude and told me to 'p!ss 0ff' order was wrong and the bread was burnt. We will never visit a subway again. I asked for vegan cheese as my daughter can't have milk. He put in normal cheese, when reminded he took it off of the Gluten bread and put it back into the normal cheese pot. He then picked some of the veggie meat bits with his fingers out of another pot. For a family with allergies this is worrying.

Worst subway ive ever seen. A rude cohort of cliquey foreigners who are never at front of house, and when they finally come out - serve you with a snarled look of contempt as they bodge your order and cross contaminate all the ingredients. Sandwich looks like it was thrown together from 3 ft away. Staff rudely slide your order across the counter at you and walk off before youve paid without saying a word. Do not eat here if you have allergies or dietary requirements. Furthermore there is a smashed glass panel with very sharp edges under the till at the height a toddler can easily reach. Lawsuit waiting to happen. 0/5

It's the worst Subway I have ever been to. First of all, we couldn't see anyone at the counter. We walked closer, and the member of staff was sat on the floor looking at his phone. He said something, but we couldn't hear him, we waited and he just sat there. They had everything on display and all of the other food outlets were open. I will not be spending my money at Subway for a while and especially not this branch. This is not the first time we have received poor customer service from this Subway, we haven't been for a while so I hoped they would have improved, or it was a isolated incident. After reading other reviews, it seems like this branch is one to avoid!
