The years I have worked with Nichola I have seen so much improvement in my mental health. She was always a constant support, extremely reassuring and knowledgeable and was on hand with a number of different treatment modalities based on what I needed most at the time. Could not recommend highly enough especially for those that struggle with BOD.

My partner and I could not be more grateful for the help and guidance we received from Nichola and would recommend her service to anyone. Nichola was amazing in creating a safe, open space for us to discuss our relationship. We always felt comfortable in Nichola’s precence, who allowed us to explore what we needed to without ever taking sides or judging us. I was at my lowest ebb with a scary diagnosis, feeling pretty hopeless & lost...... This place was recommended and needless to say she gave me the tools I needed to save myself. The NHS as much as I love it does not come close to the quality and types of therapy/psychology that they use. If you're worried about money/cost forget that right now this is your LIFE you're talking about!100% recommend this place, beautiful building, amazing talented psycologist and life changer.
