To assist with our house move from Essex to Suffolk, we stumbled across Home Store Self Storage, via google. Our initial telephone conversation followed a visit to the facility where i met with Nicky on Reception, she was extremely courteous and very helpful and guided me through the available size units, relevant discounted rates, access codes, lift call and paper work. i was extremely impressed with the service offered, and pleasantly surprised at this well maintained, clean and tidy facility. Of particular note, there was a vending machine, which served me well as i had travelled a distance. In addition, the washrooms were absolutely immaculate, it was clear this company cared about its customer experience. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Home Store Storage to friends & family if and when need arises.

From the very beginning, the ladies at Homestore were friendly, welcoming and helpful. They explained everything thoroughly and took the time to show us different size units. Getting through the security system was explained and with codes, was easy to operate. It was reassuring that security was so high. Even though we are 2 x 65+ ladies, we were able to load, unload and fill our unit with ease. The different types of trolleys and dollys available for free use, made it easy to move our items. The lift was roomy and easy to operate and again the security was reassuring. When it was time to collect our belongings and move out, when notified, Sarah was very pleasant and helpful, finalising our account and wishing us all good luck in the future. We would definitely use this service again and cannot recommend the facility and customer service highly enough.

Nicky was so helpful with our initial enquiries. Sarah completed our booking on-site and dealt patiently with us changing our mind on unit size. Love that we can access the unit 24/7 - especially as our movers were driving 5 hours to get here. Also the flexibility of timeframes. Definitely recommended.

Great value and the after hours access is great. Covid secure with wipes and cleaning fluids in the communal area for trollies and spotlessly clean toilets.

Our choice to use HomeStore was because we'd used them before. As last time, Sarah gave us the time to show us potential sizes of unit & quoted us the prices. Our 100ftsq unit is perfect for an 8 week hire. With their friendly approach, access 24/7 and choice of units, it was straight forward to stay with HomeStore.

Nicky and Sarah are so welcoming and friendly- their support and service was great, they spent a lot of time showing me around and going through all the options with me which was a massive help! The storage unit is a great size and price.

We have recently moved and sought the services of Home Store. From first contact I have received the best service, friendly, efficient and understanding. Not only do I recommend Home store for the service but the facilities easy access anytime of day and night with a range of units to suit all needs. I have moved more times that most and never had storage before and would definitely use Home Store every time as it gives you freedom to move before the day and allow space to move it at a more relaxed pace. John and Sarah could not be more helpful give them a call you will not be disappointed.
