Garden on a Roll

Flowers were meant to take one week to arrive, they are now going to take a month.No apology, Sarah was very rude to me. I had to push back the delivery by a few days due to being on holiday and she just kept saying that’s not her fault I’m on holiday. When I had purposefully planned the delivery to be on a quiet week at home. Shocking service will not use again

Good range of produces and great idea!!! Would have given 4 or 5 stars but the customer service could be better as they are generally slow to reply to emails (plus don't return phone calls). Also had a few plants die within first few weeks but no response yet on whether these would be replaced or refunded

Ordered a shady border from Garden on a Roll and I am very happy with their service and especially the quality of their plants, which arrived in fabulous condition, green and healthy and the perfect size for planting out. Certainly the best mail order plants that I have ever received and I have no doubt that they will establish well. All came very well packaged with a personal touch. I will definitely order from them again. Recommended!

My garden on a roll for a shady border arrived last week and I couldn't be happier! The plants were in fantastic condition and there was a really beautiful selection included. The newsletter containing the instructions was very thoughtful and there was even a handwritten letter from the owner. I ordered from homebase and didn't realise that as well as plants you also get a tote bag, trowel, fertiliser and stakes. Such great value for money I can't recommend highly enough!!!

Excellent service. As novice gardeners, we wouldn't know what to put where. We are really looking forward to watching the bed mature over the next few years. Many thanks to all, esp Adam for his support.

Early days but looking GREATWe've only had our plants in for 10 days and so far so good. The boxes arrived (30 plants, 60cm*8m shady) as planned and all the plants looked really healthy. I put water straight into the biodegradable bags to give them a good soaking and it took us an hour to plant up.We had prep'ed the raised bed and didn't have room for a top mulch so didn't leave the paper in place. Other than that it does exactly what it says on the tin. We even turned a corner without much difficulty - see attached.Very happy and hope to post an update once the plants are more established.

Really recommend for newly starting gardeners like myself. All plants arrived in excellent condition and the planting plan makes it so easy. I would never have been able to plan such beautiful borders on my own. Will be coming back if I have any more to do

Ordered a 5m shady border which arrived on time and was planted about 3 weeks ago. Have to say, we are delighted with it! There was a great variety of plants we wouldn't have picked for ourselves at a garden centre. They weren't particularly big specimens but were all healthy and well packaged. They are already establishing themselves and putting out new growth so we are hopeful that they will stand the test of time. The paper planting pattern was great and the plants were coded by letters and were labelled with their names too. We didn't leave the paper down as we were covering the soil with weed membrane and then slate. We soon got the knack of marking the next hole through the paper, onto the membrane, and then rolling the paper back. We've had loads of people asking us about Garden on a Roll since seeing our border and we are hoping to add another border into our garden soon!!!

The product idea is great and the plants are good quality, but the customer service is non-existence. They don't reply to emails, or their online form, they also don't pick up their phone.
