Boiler packed up 3 days before Xmas last year and they attended, found the problem and fixed it with the new part on Xmas eve. Can't fault their service!

This is a great company with excellent engineers. There was a problem with the office in the past but the new woman in there is running it like clock work.

Very shoddy service. We used this firm for some residential work, the work itself is satisfactory but their administration is terrible. The main problem was having to wait nearly 3 months for our Gas Safe Certificate despite calling every other day! Save yourself the hassle, try another plumber.

Absolutely disappointed with their attitude, gave a visit date and the plumber didnt show up ,on call they changed to another time and repeated the same, didn't go to work and wasted my time waiting for their plumber to come.

Excellent service, called for a thermostat to be fitted to my boiler. Was fitted on the same day I called and Chris was very professional and friendly.
