Yet again the service centre staff provided a friendly and very professional service from booking in, keeping us informed of progress, to fixing the problem. Although not our nearest service centre it was again well worth going the extra mile.

Excellent service friendly helpful staff. I chose to go there as it was on the way to our first break and we had an urgent safety recall which needed checking and even though they were busy they managed to do this plus two extra jobs. Even though this is not my nearest service centre I will have my motorhome serviced there. 10 out 10

Another dissapointed visit. 6 months after buying our new Motorhome, 3 visits later and 2 of our 12 delivery faults didn't get fixed today cos the wrong parts were delivered or ordered. They are friendly, but this service departments failure to fix our problems is letting Marquis down.

We have been delighted and are very grateful for the service done by the Marquis Tewkesbury team on our caravan. The team pulled out all the stops to get the job done in time even though special parts needed sourcing and delivering to the workshop to enable completion of the service. Called in today with a fuse fault and the lady on reception tried to help first then ask one of the fitters to help us all sorted and on our way within 15 mins. Thank you for your help much appreciated
